New construction, one story building and three story buildings for new senior living community in Belvidere, Illinois. One story building will include full kitchen, dining room and support areas. Three story building will consist of three types of independent living K&A is providing full MEP services to include cost effective individual ptac units in each living area. Common areas will be engineered utilizing one gas fired DX cooling RTU with electric reheat for zone control.

New electrical service will be provided for lighting, and power and will also include an emergency call system for residences. New plumbing and fire protection systems will include separate dedicated central hot water heating system with return loop for living units and common areas.
