K&A along with PPKS architects provided interior renovation services for an existing banking facility in Elmhurst, IL. The renovation had a limited budget and consisted mainly of interior modifications including new ceilings, new lighting, new power and data distribution and new drive through facilities. The existing mechanical split systems were kept in place, as was the existing water service and distribution.

A 1000A, 208V electrical service serves the bank and it’s two future tenants.
