SUBURBAN BANK AND TRUST

K&A in conjunction with PPKS Architects designed a new (2) story + basement banking facility located in New Lenox, IL. This facility was designed as a replacement of their current building, on the same site. The building consists of commercial banking space on the first floor, storage and building services in the basement and shelled space for (2) future tenant on the second floor.

Mechanical systems were designed utilizing individual gas/DX roof top units for each independent space. Perimeter electric heat was also provided.

A 1000A, 208V electrical service serves the bank and it’s two future tenants.
