Klaucens & Associates, Inc. (K&A) is providing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection engineering services for a new free standing Medical Office Building in Yorkville.

Project Description
Construction of a new free-standing three-story M.O.B. with one story attached Radiology/Urgent Care Facility. Radiology/Urgent Care will be designed under IDPH Hospital Code requirements. Medical office building will be business class. Total square footage – 55,000 s/f. Basic Services will be shell and core for medical office building and complete build out for hospital services building. After completion of shell and core and as suites are developed, K&A has been providing MEP engineering services for each suite buildout.
