Roti Mediterranean is a “fast food style” Mediterranean restaurant with several locations in the Chicago area. Independently owned, they specialize in pita sandwiches, salads, kebabs and pizzas.

The 3,300 sq. ft. restaurant is served mechanically by gas DX roof top units, which separately zone the restaurant into multiple zones. In addition, a make up air unit and kitchen exhaust fan are provided to serve the kitchen hoods. Compact, point o fuse water heaters were provided.

The existing electrical services were reused to accommodate the architect’s floor plan layout. Lighting design was achieved via cost effective slide dimmers.
