Pinstripes, Inc., a new entertainment concept combining bowling, bocce ball and dining is currently under construction in Northbrook, Illinois. This indoor/outdoor entertainment and dining facility includes 18 bowling lanes, 4 indoor and 2 outdoor bocce courts, an Italian/American Bistro and Wine Cellar, Event/Party Rooms that can accommodate 20 to 250 people as well as an outdoor patio and fireplace. Total capacity of facility will be 600 people.

Klaucens & Associates, Inc. is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection services for this ambitious new venture. Our services include:

HVAC

HVAC design utilized gas fired/DX cooling roof top units and complete secondary ductwork distribution.

New kitchen exhaust fan, make up air system and black iron ductwork for connection to kitchen exhaust hoods.

New toilet and dishwasher exhaust & distribution system.

Complete control system.

Plumbing

New gas fired hot water heater.

Connection to site water & waste services.

Connection to exterior grease basin, engineering of basin by Civil Engineer.

Plumbing distribution, water, waste, vent per architectural and kitchen rough in plans.

Electrical

Lighting Circuiting.

Receptacle, motors, plumbing, HVAC equipment wiring.

Kitchen equipment circuiting.

POS system conduit plan.

New incoming electrical service and distribution.

Exit and emergency plans as required by code.

Fire alarm plan including connection to sprinkler system, building alarm system and Ansul system.
