THE PATIO BACKYARD BARBEQUE

Klaucens & Associates, Inc. along with Knauer Inc. collaborated on the design of a new 9,600 s.f., free-standing, upscale Bar-B-Q family restaurant.

Individual gas/DX roof top units were provided for tempering the space and zone control. These units, along with a multitude of kitchen exhaust and make up air units helped to serve the extensive kitchen and it’s unique serving schedule.

A new 1600A, 120/208V electrical service was provided to serve the facility.

New additional incoming utilities were also provided including gas, water and waste.
