This project involved K&A working along with Lohan Associates in adding a new 3 story law building the the Pace University Campus in New York. The building has multiple lecture halls that share common hallways and waiting areas.

A stand alone central HVAC system was required to maintain proper comfort levels of heating and cooling while at the same time addressing the sensitive nature of sound transmission to adjacent lecture halls.

A new 480/277 service was provided, along with attaching new fire alarm and communication systems to the campuses existing resources. Site lighting and power were also provided
