Working with Anderson Mikos Architects, ltd., Hammes, and Condell Medical Center staff, this project includes new air handling systems connecting to power plant with new normal power service. Provisions are included in the K&A design to allow for future vertical expansions.

This project also includes partial renovation of the existing Emergency Department. Project will be implemented into three phases while keeping the existing Emergency Department in operation.

Medical gases, steam, condensate, chilled water, hot water, domestic water, new electrical service and emergency power are among the piping services included in this project. Piping from central plant will be routed underground and described for high traffic and expansion.
