K & A assisted in the completion of Construction Administration (CA) for two Chicago Housing Authority high rise buildings that had major remodeling in progress.

The project was complicated because the building is occupied and new heating systems had to be completed and put on line to satisfy the local codes. ERS and K&A’s other prime goal was to establish a logical and orderly management process during construction administration.

K&A worked successfully with the construction team and reestablished proper communication channels and building services were put back in operation on a timely basis.
