CAMERON MITCHELL RESTAURANTS
Klaucens & Associates, Inc. has been working in conjunction with Knauer Inc. for Cameron Mitchell's Restaurants since 2003.
K&A has provided engineering services for new free-standing facilities, new tenant buildouts as well as renovations to their existing facilities.
CMR provides a wide variety of dining locations including:
Mitchell's Fishmarket
7,000 s.f. of upscale seafood dining including two dining rooms, private dining and bar service.
Cameron's Steakhouse
7,000 s.f. of upscale steakhouse dining including a main dining room, two private dining rooms and bar service.
Rusty Buckets
2,500 s.f. of casual sports bar and dining
Various mechanical systems were provided including gas/DX roof top units, heat pump and split systems with electric heat depending on the specific locations. Independent zone control is also provided in each location. Coordination with the owner preferred vendors has been implemented as a standard design practice.
Coordination of two standard lighting dimming systems is provided in the larger locations, dependant on use. Slide dimmers are provided in more casual locations as a more cost effective solution.
Coordination is of paramount importance on projects such as these to ensure cost effective solutions and energy efficient design.
